• Develop short-term and long-term business strategies for the assigned sector:
– Research and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends (including local, domestic, and international); Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for telecommunications business activities
– Take responsibility for managing, operating, investment effectiveness, business performance, and advising the General Director (GD) on decisions related to the assigned field; ensuring sales and profit targets are met or exceeded
• Manage business operations; Expand markets and find customers:
– Identify, develop, and build relationships with potential customers, domestic and international telecommunications operators, and relevant partners in the telecommunications sector; maintain relationships between networks and customers to expand business
– Collaborate with related departments to develop new telecommunications products/services and improve existing products/solutions
– Monitor and evaluate business operations’ effectiveness and implement improvement measures if needed
• Manage relationships with partners and customers:
– Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with corporate customers, government agencies, and international partners
– Ensure customer service quality, handle complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction levels
• Build and Develop the Sales Team:
– Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality business team
– Set goals and motivate business to Sales Executive
– Manage team performance and create a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
• Conduct performance evaluations and report directly to GD and the board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree or higher in Business Administration/Telecommunications/IT or related majors
• English equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher, good listening and speaking skills
• At least 5 years of experience in equivalent positions and fields
• Experience in business development and expanding international channels and markets
• Sensitive and deep understanding of the telecommunications industry (5G, IoT, Cloud, Digital Services, …)
• Excellent skills in management, strategic planning, and decision-making
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers/partners
• Experience in project management within the telecommunications sector (network deployment and operations) is an advantage
• Possession of project management certifications such as PMP, ITIL, … is an advantage
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in sales to FDI/OEM telecommunications enterprises or wireless network operators.
