· Market Research and Analysis:
– Research the demand for telecommunications services in assigned areas to find solutions for the company’s market expansion
– Analyze existing competitors and their provided services to develop the company’s products/services and establish pricing and after-sales policies
· Developing Short-term and Long-term Business Plans in the Assigned Field:
– Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans for telecommunications business operations
– Advise and take responsibility before the CEO for industry-specific legal regulations in the assigned field
· Building Relationships with Customers and Partners:
– Plan surveys in several provinces in the Central region (especially Da Nang) and the Southern region—areas with newly developed urban zones
– Contact and schedule meetings with building and urban area investors to discuss cooperation in providing telecommunications services and expanding the company’s market
– Seek and establish relationships with other telecommunications service providers to discuss potential cooperation and mutual benefits
· Persuasion and Negotiation:
– Prepare and present service expansion plans, including benefits and added value for investors
– Participate in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial cooperation agreements
· Project Management:
– Monitor and manage service deployment progress to ensure deadlines and quality are met
– Evaluate service deployment results and collect customer feedback for service improvement
· Team Building and Development:
– Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality sales team
– Set goals and motivate sales executives in different areas
– Manage team performance and create a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
· Regular Business Performance Reporting to the General Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration/ Telecommunications/ IT/ or related fields
· Proficient in English communication and understanding technical documents
· Proficient in MS Office
· At least 05 years of experience in equivalent positions and fields
· Sharp and well-versed in the telecommunications industry (5G, IoT, Cloud, Digital Services, etc.)
· Strong management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers/partners
· Experience in project management within the telecommunications industry (network deployment and operations) is an advantage
· Preference for candidates with experience in selling to FDI enterprises, telecom OEMs, or wireless network operators.
