Mô tả công việc
The Sales Executive is responsible for finding and expanding customers, consulting and proposing suitable solutions, negotiating and signing contracts, supervising the delivery and debt collection process, and taking care of and supporting customer after-sales to ensure satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Evaluate the current situation, SWOT analysis of responsibility area, and develop an annual personal business plan
- Search for potential customers and expand customer list in assigned areas and fields
- Consult and propose solutions/products/services for business customers not limited to the company’s products and services
- Regularly approach and create relationships with customers
- Make quotes, exchange, negotiation, and sign contracts
- Monitor and supervise the delivery, deployment, and installation process for customers
- Monitor acceptance signing and debt collection
- Take care and support for problems after sales
- Quarterly/yearly sales report
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, <30 years old
- Graduated from University or College, priority in IT or Business Administration major
- Foreign language: English
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM
- At least 01 years of working experience in project implementation positions or equivalent
- Hardworking, highly disciplined, progressive
