• Develop short-term and long-term business strategies for the assigned sector:
– Research and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends; Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for MEP business activities
– Take responsibility for managing, operating, investment effectiveness, business performance, and advising the General Director (GD) on decisions related to the assigned field; ensuring sales and profit targets are met or exceeded
• Manage business operations; Expand markets and find customers:
– Identify, develop, and build relationships with potential customers and partners related to the MEP field
– Collect feedback from the market to improve products/services; coordinate with technical departments to deploy optimal solutions for customers
– Monitor and assess business performance and take corrective actions if needed
• Manage relationships with partners and customers:
– Build relationships with large and strategic customers (companies, government agencies, international partners…)
– Research and update on new trends in the MEP industry
– Manage project progress and effectiveness, ensure customer service quality, and commit to customers on quality and time
• Build and Develop the Sales Team:
– Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality business team
– Set goals and motivate business to Sales Executive
– Manage team performance and create a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
• Conduct performance evaluations and report directly to GD and the board of Directors.
